(Charles had a big payout Goldman sacks went up 95% after their newly elected president Hover J Cornelius was sworn in)

(He parked his Ferrari across the diner from where he works in New York, New York)

(A man wearing an FBI vest approached the car casually)

(Detective Price was a tall strong well built black American man)

Price: Charles Hemmington FBI

Charles: Can I at least finish my sandwi-

Detective Price: Charles Hemmington you are under arrest for the crimes of fraud and insider trading.

(Detective Price man-handles him out of the vehicle)

Charles: Fuck! Hey assho- you didn't get to read my rights.

Price: We both know you won't need that.

(Puts him in cuffs and escorts him to the police car down the street. Innocent bystanders watching, with their phones out recording)

CHAPTER TWO

(Inside the holding cell)

Charlie: My wife got fucked by a gym instructor and now this shit can you believe that?!

Cellmate: Man yeah these hoe's don't say no anymore

Charlie: Tell me about it

Detective Price: Hammington!

Price: I see you made some new friends.

( Looks at him surreptitiously)

Price: Time to go see your lawyer.

Cody: Good morning Charlie

Detective Racheal: Now you are being charged with alot of allegations from your company's competitors insider trading, grand lacenry and fraud the list goes you're gonna be in jail for a long time.

Racheal: What do you have to say for yourself?

CHAPTER THREE

Romano: So what are we gonna do?

( He said with a thick italian accent)

Romano: The kid's got all our fucking money.

Frank: Relax Romano

Romano: Dont tell me to fucking Relax! The feds just got our most loose canon parading the streets of New York and your telling me to fucking relax!

Frank: He won't bite. Look I know Charlie if there is one thing i know about him is that he isnt a tell a tale.

(Romano storms out of the room)

Damien: He'll be alright. Our problem is our money being tracked by the cops.

Frank: Since Charlies arrest

Frank: I secretly transferred a substantial amount to the Camen islands.

Frank: Charlie is smart, but not that smart...

(Damien and Frank laugh)

CHAPTER FOUR

(At the late Devonte Funeral)

Tijani: Where the fuck is Charlie?!

Henchman 1: I don't know boss man

Tijani: He should be here! So where the fuck is he?!

Henchman: We just got word he got pinched by the feds

Tijani: Fucking great! Just when we're about to close the fucking books on Omerta?! The day of my Father's funeral!

Dante: Relax T you know how Charlie is. He always has a plan...

Tijani: Yeah right was getting caught part of the plan?!

Dante: To Charlie yeah

Tijani: Mario can you believe this bullshit!

( The Don stood up and spoke)

Don Julio: Tijani calm down

Don Julio: Charlie always has a plan. Our organisation was built by he's prowess.

Give him time and another word from you. You will join him in the rotting cell.

Don Julio: OMERTA ADJOURNED!

(Said Don Julio standing up and leaving)

CHAPTER FIVE

Charlie: Mr. Price back so soon!

Price: You made bail asshole. I don't know what you got going on but I will find out soon enough!

Charlie: No you won't because I am fucking innocent!

Frank: Charlie shut up youre lucky Romano has some ties with the Police Commissioner cocky Charlie!

Detective Raechel: I should have got that on tape!

( Charlie and Frank laugh)

(They both get in the car and speed off, a chauffer opened the door)

Frank: Romano is gonna get pissed at you

Charlie: Fuck those Romano brothers if he did what I told him. Our money wouldn't have been tracked by the cops.

Frank: Cool down

Charlie: Do you have a cigar?

Frank: Yeah here you go

(Charlie lights up the cigar and smokes)

Frank: I sense there is going to be a war with the families. I hope your ready Charlie.

CHAPTER SIX

Romano: Don Charlie why you keep putting us in this position the attention is not good for us at the moment.

Charlie: I'm sorry consingliori, we have a mole

(Whispers into his ear)

(Romano doesn't flinch he knew their was one all along)

Frank: Don Julio will see you now Charlie

Charlie: Sure

Don Julio: What kind of shit do you have me doing! Negotiations with the fucking feds?!

Charlie: Don-

Don Julio: Tell me one thing do they know about the war between us and the Mario Brothers?!

(Charlie stares in astonishment then finally answers)

CHAPTER SEVEN

Charlie a stock broker working for the Mafia as a Finance expert got pinched by the Feds for a racketeering bust. Now he faces a cold shoulder with his boss Don Julio.

(IN THE MEETING ROOM)

Don Julio: Tell me Charlie, is our money being tracked by the cops?!

Charlie: No Don

Charlie: Your money is safe trust me

Don Julio: I don't think you are telling me the truth...Charlie then why you get caught outside our establishments!

Charlie: It was just a scare Don

Don Julio: Do they know about the Mario Brothers and the shit they pulled us on?!
