THE MIRROR

CHAPTER TWO

The meadows

"So this house where is it?" asked Jake to Chelsea while driving the gang in his Ford pick up truck.

"I heard it's on the top most hill in the Meadows it's been abandoned so..." Chelsea replied.

" I don't know guys I'm kind of having second thoughts" said Lisa

" Ooo! I smell chicken!" Ryan mocks.

" All these houses are abandoned and desolate" said Lisa as they drove upwards on a hill.

A huge house was coming into the vicinity and it had a demigoron aura filled with gargoyles and foreign statues.

They all knew it was the house of mirrors. It had abandoned clutter everywhere with no cars and no source of any life.

" Look Jake that must be it!" said Chelsea

" Pull over" Chelsea told Jake.

Jake pulls over by the drive way and was coming out of the vehicle when they heard a loud cacophonous shriek. They were all startled.

They went up to the huge mansion door and knocked. No answer just silence. They tried entering and the multitudinous door was unlocked.

As they entered all they saw was darkness. They took out their phones and used the flash lights. What they saw shocked them for life.

The house was filled with mirrors everywhere. Some broken some with different ornaments from various places around the world.

" I thought there was only one mirror" said  Jake.

"Maybe it was a Mirror Shop" said Jake

"A mirror shop in the most affluent of neighbourhoods, really Jake?" Said Lisa
