SELF ISOLATION OR SELF PRESERVATION

SELF ISOLATION OR SELF PRESERVATION

Lately, I have been self -preserving myself oh sorry my therapy says self-isolating myself lately but with a purpose. First of all the fake lifestyle of clubbing and binge drinking have me bored and dreadful.

Sure it was fun when I was at that age. But I would rather have a beer some good music and a vape and I will enjoy myself infinite more times than being outside.

Let me tell you why I hate the outside, there are so many risky things that happen while you're out drinking. Risking my life and destroying my mental health and liver aren't part of my fortee.

Well, my therapist says it isn't good to stay indoors all the time, but I do not always self isolate I self preserve my energy, time and mental health of which I will not compromise my dreams for anyone.

Indoors, I can be myself and do what I want to do but it pays a price. One of them being obviously loneliness but if you enjoy your own company there is nothing to fear.

Most extroverts find it hard to live alone. Some may decided to cost share with a room mate with bills and other amenities. While introverts can take care of themselves, we don't need anyone, we do everything ourselves.

I have lived alone for some time now and I feel like moving out was the best decision I ever made. So, do you self isolate or self preserve?
