Modern Day Kenyan frat houses for sale!

I want to bring you to the attention of what we call small scale apartments cum hostels. These are just my views about them. I am not condemning what goes on here or so called experience on living in these places.

The frat house is a place where parents sort of send their kids to go and live outside the comfort zones. They are sent off to the world where they are forced to live and experience life unapologetically.

Now, your teenage son or daughter has become a man or woman and has come of age and is/isn't may or may not being a nuisance to family members.

So what do the boomer parents do they send them off to a "frat house" where college kids or other working class people go and live. Now I must say what happens when your  adult daughter or son gets into an "uncomfortable life threatening situation, the parents react in two ways.

1. They relocate their child 

2. Let him or her "survive" and "learn" from their experience.

I have nothing against parents wanting to force their kids to move out. But ask yourself this. Did your parents ever prepare you for the real world before being "kicked out" of the your parents lovely home?

The answer to that is probably not. We are cast out into the world with little to know training of basic skills like learning how to cook, do chores or even simple tasks like paying bills or budget shopping.

We are cast out into the world like a parent bird kicking the baby bird out of his parents and teaching them how to fly.

Sure, not a bad idea. But what happens when the child is going through depression and decides to end his or her life.

Who is to blame?

But with proper guidance from parents and family this may be avoided.
