THE CONQUEST

From the moment we we're born we are born into war not with others but with ourselves. We are our own worst enemies. We become our own personal adversary and ally.

Have you ever  struggled with an addiction? They say in Kenya bear with me my swahili is not as good : hakuna mtu atakuwekea hiyo pombe kwa mdomo. The translation is that nobody will come and force that drink into your mouth.

Recovery from substances is a personal decision it is not negative influence that lead to failure but your personal will. Although it is a significant factor. The same as motivation. Nobody will come to save you.

So if you want change you must accept change for nothing changes if nothing changes.

In conclusion, what do you see in the mirror when you wake up in the morning. Does that image of you change or evolve the next day?
