We all have made mistakes in life some huge, some small. The fact that being born was not part of your choice being born a boy is even more fatal.

For years we men have endured so much criticism from society, all we do is tuck it in and accept whatever plight we are facing.

In the topic of discussion I want to take you back from the beginning to where it all started. In history men were the ones are the fore front of war, politics and generally anything that presents itself as danger to the community.

We are leader, providers and protectors. But what happens when it's a burden to us mentally yet society still expects us to act with gusto and zeal?

We breakdown, yes you had that right we go quiet and not open up to anyone other than ourselves. I have been through such pressure so much so I become a passive aggressive self sabotaging behaviour.

This self-destruct button we always push is a call of mercy and refuge and love. But we don't live in that kind of society. Now in this age being born a male is a burden firstly to themselves and to the family, to add salt to injury being born a first born son.

The sheer amount of difficulties we go through overwhelmes us men and we are expected to be second in command in the household. That is why so many men are committing suicide.

These days in the maternity ward when a doctors delivers a baby and it happens to be a boy they say oops its a baby boy!
