A Japanese assassin who is a mole in the U.S who assasinates key figures in the American government but his cover gets blown and is on the run by the feds.

He retreats to China town to become part of the Yakuza.

Detective Drake(Alias): Mr. Sasuke here is your badge and credentials, you are now an agent according the United States by laws.

Steve: Yes I did. Here you go

(Steve hands him the file written confidential over it. Drake had given it to him back in the car. It was a report on American assets gone rogue)
