They say the number 1 way to relieve stress and depression is Gratitude. I believe so, whenever I feel low I tend to practice gratitude it is an amazing cognition behavioural technique that leaves you more positive than before.

But it may not be able to work efficiently when especially you are suffering from major depression but through professional means one is able to get out of that "funk".

One of the reasons I am feeling gratitude is the fact that just being in Kenya is a complete privilege. 

I once asked someone who has been all over the world which country is best to live in and he smiled and said Kenya with so much conviction.

So why is Our Country so amazing! Is it the weather? Is it the people? Is it the culture? For me I would say all the above! You see once you're born here there is so much joy so much to live for.

I know what you're thinking, what about corruption, abductions, inflation e.t.c You see I look at the glass half full most of the time and those things are major setbacks let's not forget that every country has its own problems.
